How long does a custom order take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the painting and the size of the set. We give the exact timing after the sketch is approved.
Can you add a coat of arms, monogram or company logo?
Yes. We put a family coat of arms, initials, monogram or corporate style onto the porcelain. The sketch is agreed before work begins.
Can painted porcelain be washed?
Yes. The design is fixed by firing in a muffle kiln at 800°, so the tableware is durable and withstands everyday use.
Do you make single pieces or only sets?
Both: a single piece, a full dinner set, or a corporate series.
Do you deliver across Uzbekistan?
Yes. We pack it as a gift and can hand the order to you or straight to the recipient - exactly by the date you need.
